Illumination Road - Framed Canvas Archival Print

$850.00

This is a large-scale, museum-quality archival print of my original painting, "Illumination Road," printed on 38mm stretched canvas and finished in a floating natural frame. Like all Hollingsead open edition prints, it's offered at a specific size, 24" W × 16" H, in for a limited time. Shipping is included in the price. The original, painted in acrylic on canvas, has since sold.

This play of acrylics on canvas offers an invitation to a realm where dramatic lighting and sacred geometry converge. I've sought to capture the hidden architecture of clouds in two-point perspective, an interplay of light that dances across a rich landscape. A burst of radial light, aims to be the heart of the piece, just above a road that stretches endlessly. Churning with divine chaos, my intention was to have each brushstroke contribute to a sense of cosmic order and beauty, while also revealing some tension and spontaneity. I share a vision that deeply moved me during a family vacation out West on our expansive drive to Yellowstone National Park.
